Ordered on a Friday, promised for the following Tuesday, delivered as promised. Delivery men were efficient, careful in removing my used 20 cubic foot freezer up from the basement arpond curved stairs, and moving my new 18 cubic footer down.

Low quality shingles were put on this 7 year old development's roofs which started blowing off during the last 2 years under strong winds. After getting 7 companies to provide quotes for a new roof, I chose DeLuca Roofing because the salesman, Joe, was the only one who actually went up on the roof to measure the square footage of the roof. Others, who used a satellite estimating company or just guessed at the area, were 400 to 500 square over what Joe had measured. Joe also went into the attic to check for the possibility of moisture collecting, to check that soffit vents were not blocked from letting air in for adequate ventilation, and checked that bathroom fans were properly vented to the outside and not into the attic and were fully insulated to prevent condensation from forming. Joe's former roofing experience, expert knowledge and ability to articulate exactly how his company would do the project gave me the confidence to give DeLuca Roofing the job. Several days before the start, John, the installation coordinator, delivered new vents, metal flashing, and rolls of underlayment which I stored in my garage. Then, a waste bin and shingles were delivered one day and Brandon and his crew arrived the next. Brandon had been fully appraised of the needs of the job. My major concern was that none of the copper roofing below the shingled roof area be damaged on my or other neighbouring roofs, as we are a middle unit of a townhouse block. Brandon had brought tarps and plywood that would be used to protect my and the adjoining properties. This was 100% effective. The job took about 2 1/2 to 3 days to fully complete. Brandon and his competent crew worked from the moment they arrived on site early in the morning until they left late in the day. They worked safely with agility in a coordinated fashion on the roof, were careful to keep the area on the ground below as debris free as possible and did a full area cleanup at the end of each day. Each of these young men were not only skilled at their job, but were congenial and pleasant for us to talk to. When you have people who are proud of the work they do, the job gets done well. I feel that I selected a great roofing company to do my new roof and would recommend DeLuca Roofing (and Brandon) without hesitation.

Asad's company installed my custom railing railing 2 years ago. It was well-made and-well installed. Within 2 years, the paint started to rust and flake badly even though it had been properly undercoated and painted by powder-coating, before being installed. When I called Asad this June and told him of the problem, he came to see it and agreed that this should not have happened. Without hesitation, he has his installers remove the railing and had it sent out for sandblasting and refinishing. After less than a week, the refinished railing was reinstalled and looked perfect again. Asad and his team were always accommodating and polite and I could not be more pleased with his service. It was a pleasure doing business with him, Maryam, and his installation people.

Asad came to my house and made diagrams of my steps with measurements for a railing on both sides. He said it would take about 6 weeks to complete the project. Five weeks later, he came to the house with the unpainted railing in order to check the fit and make some minor alterations. A week later, he returned with the completed painted railing and installed it. His work was perfect. He and his small crew were polite, personable and professional, and, dealing over the phone with his wife, the office manager, was always a pleasure. Our neighbours all commented on how good the railings look, and how they really finished off the front of our property. I would gladly recommend Asad and his company to anyone needing railings or iron work done.

Acadamar Contracting Inc. had built the retaining wall, pool surround and large patio of my previous house several years ago, so I had no reservations about hiring Angelo again to put in a new patio at my new house. The job required his crew to wheelbarrow sod and dirt up a hill through a narrow garage door to the street, and then, wheelbarrow the heavy stones I had selected back down to the patio area. Angelo estimated it would take 1 to 1 1/2 days to complete the job. Because of impending rain, it actually took 2 half days. The crew were all polite, hard working and respectful. Minor modifications were incorporated into the design without hesitation, and the job was completed in a workmanship fashion to my very high expectations. When I signed the contract with Angelo he was able to give me the date that he expected to arrive on the job and was only off by 2 days because rain during the previous month had set him back. (Few contractors can be that accurate with dates for starting jobs.) Angelo completes his jobs efficiently, leaves the work-site clean and guarantees his work. I would recommend him without hesitation.
