I bought a LG tv at the brick in June of 2015 and it died in July 2015. Instead of helping me get the tv death with they gave me the 800 number to LG. Next I went to cancel my extended warranty only to have Tony the manager never call me back after leaving this information with the brick. I shall NEVER deal with any brick store again!!! I even just throw out their flyers.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Help the customer by dealing with the company's they carry products for and repay extended warranty when they you with never use it because you won't have that product
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Never buy it
