I bought a LG tv at the brick in June of 2015 and it died in July 2015. Instead of helping me get the tv death with they gave me the 800 number to LG. Next I went to cancel my extended warranty only to have Tony the manager never call me back after leaving this information with the brick. I shall NEVER deal with any brick store again!!! I even just throw out their flyers.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Help the customer by dealing with the company's they carry products for and repay extended warranty when they you with never use it because you won't have that product
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Never buy it
