Required Home Energy Assessment And received amazing service and customer feedback. The assessor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Initial assessment was done and assessor provided full comprehensive list of areas for improvement along with photos of each area. Final assessment showed dramatic decrease in overall home energy usage. Amazing service would definitely recommend to anyone.

Air conditioner was not cooling down house properly. Contacted for service, company sent a contractor to fix. This contractor gave me useless information and "fixed" the problem and left. Problem was not fixed. Contacted Reliance 3 more times before they realized that the contractors came and left also closing the initial ticket. Once new service request went in, they sent a Reliance technician (Rick) who identified that there was a problem scheduled another service appointment for when equipment was available. Tim P. Was the service tech that came, he provided a thorough inspection of my unit and made all the arrangements to get the problem resolved in a timely manner. Even when the wrong part was delivered, Tim refused to install until correct part was available and made sure it was available next day for install. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The work done was superb and clean. Thanks to Tim and Rick for fixing my Air Conditioner!!

What could this company do to improve their services?
Do not send contractors!! I almost removed all services with Reliance due to bad experience with contracting company.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Contact Reliance and request a certified Reliance technician be sent, not a contractor!!
