I had sought out two other quotes for three media cabinets and storage units for our new home's dinning area and basement. Steven was by far and away the most responsive, professional, pleasant and capable of the three I spoke with about the work involved. His prices were also extremely reasonable and he was able to provide both a rough drawing of the three units my wife and I were considering along with an estimate on the very same day. When time came to do the work, he called us and contacted us regularly and managed to install two full media units long before his original time estimates which was simply amazing. His crew is no less professional and skilled than he is, and are very respectful of both you and your home while installing. Simply put, we could not be happier with the work done and craftsmanship is second to none. Steven and his crew's attention to detail are astounding. As such, we are currently in the process of planning to have Steven continue with a third media storage unit along with building a fireplace mantle for our gas fireplace. We have nothing but positive things to say and feel very lucky to have found him.

Brian and his crew from Pre-Lock Security Services Inc. fitted our new home with locks, window film, door guardians and a hybrid security system with cellular back-up. After talking to a wide variety of residential and commercial security service providers, we decided upon Pre-Lock and were beyond inpressed byt the care and time Brian and his crew took at each step to ensure we were both comfortable and happy. In the end, not only do we feel comfortable with our choice in security service providers, but I know without a doubt that my family and I are safe when the alarm is activated and that any attempt at forced entry into my home will be severely delayed if not halted all together. Brian and his crew really knew their products and tailored the installation to fit both our needs and our home. We are beyond pleased and glad we made the call.

Frank and his crew responded quickly to our requests and dealt with the issues they encountered in our old and new home with complete professionalism. They provided excellent service at a very reasonable price and are the only electricians I will ever hire. I will be sure to call Frank again when we are ready to install our new dining and family room fixtures and bedroom ceiling fans.

They came to do work at my families house in Rosedale, and made a complete mess of the house twice. The drapes and ceiling were imbedded with smoke, as they installed a fireplace liner and fittings incorrectly, and then tested it. When they were unable to correct the problem with the fireplace/chimney, they got irritable and told a member of our extended family, who was onsite to oversee the work being done, that she was not being truthful when she mentioned that there had never been an issue with smoke coming out before until the liner was put in. All in all, their behaviour and lack of professionalism was atrocious, and we recommend you stay well clear of them. They have, as of yet, to refund even a portion of the money paid them for a job they never came close to completing, and they refused to pay for the cost of cleaning both the drapes and the ceiling of soot which they were responsible for twice.

We live in a house built in 1920, and had intially wanted to change from an electric water heater to a gas tankless unit and called ExpressRooter for an estimate on the work to be done. Martin took the time to do a thorough inspection of our pre-existing plumbing and immediately identified several problem areas, and recommended solutions, while taking a great deal of care to explain in detail what each portion of work would entail. His patience and care with my wife and myself in walking us through what could, should, and needed to be done, was second to none. I've dealt with a wide variety of contractors and had other plumbers do work prior to this. None was as efficient or genuinely concerned with not only the work that needed to be done, but with our comfortability in moving forward with it. When the job hit its peak, his crew came in, and like the true professionals they are, did the work within the specified time while creating the least amount of disruption possible to both us and our neighbours. When they were done, they cleaned up the worksite with such diligence and perfection you'd never have even known they had been there. We currently have one more job left to do concerning the lines leading from our house, and are only waiting to coordinate with our neighbor as it affects them as well, and then will be calling Martin and ExpressRooter once more to do the work required, confident in both their extreme level of professionalism, care for their clients and their attention to detail.
