good enough guys on the install crew but the window system was new to them so it was a bit of a struggle at first. The windows were not what I expected from the Clera literature. Where I have three windows in one opening, the window frames plus a mullion "spacer" in between reduced the view considerably compared to the originals. The factory rep/salesman got the order wrong on one pair and had no jamb extensions so literally no way to install it without a site built add-on out of material they happened to have on hand. They had to make something like 5 visits for what should have been one visit. One pair of windows wasn't included in the order. One pair came the wrong colour. It was a circus show. I have one window that opened once and will not close, it has been partially open ALL WINTER as the rep will not return calls. I have the wrong colour handles on one window and two windows with no handles at all. I have to pull the handles off one to open another which is ridiculous. The install crew again were nice guys and getting screwed for doing a lot of extra work but meanwhile I have paid in full and can't get the finished product. Brutal company to deal with. I totally thought I was getting a reputable company, their literature and marketing are where they spend to get results.
