Our 2-year-old fridge broke. We called the manufacturer who sent Raj to look at it. We were told it would be 89$ for the first 15 min, and 29$ each 15 min after that. We figured it would cost us a lot, they would likely try to milk this. Raj showed up on time, super friendly. 15 minutes later, the 1500$ condenser was fixed. Raj told us it was still under warranty and the total bill would be $90. Raj, we can't thank you enough. You are professional, courteous, respectful, and honest. Very happy with customer service, the warranty, and especially Raj.
