I am changing my review back to what it was originally - 0 stars!! I only changed it because the office manager Felicia threatened to cancel my order/appt for my fridge repair if I didn't remove my negative review.
This company will give you the run around over and over. I had been waiting for a repair since JULY 2023, and only now, January 2024 has it been repaired. Only because I was pushy and kept them accountable.
If I could have used an alternate company, I would have but unfortunately Whirlpool had arranged them to come as this repair was under warranty. I'm hoping with the feedback I've provided to Whirlpool they drop this company as they are just awful. The admin staff are rude when trying to inquire whether parts have been ordered or arrived, and then when trying to book the actual appt. They will intentionally try to inconvenience you and will force you to take an entire day off work to be "available". I took an entire day off work, and the tech showed up at 6:10pm - hours late, with no communication to let me know. I was initially given the window of between 2:00pm-4:00pm and only when I called to ask where the tech was, he called. This company will not apologize or take accountability for issues they make so save yourself the headache.
Do yourself a favor, and do NOT use this company.
