I received an e-mail that one of our glassbreak detectors had a low battery. I did not know how to open the glassbreak detector so I called New Age Security's customer service line requesting to speak with a technician and they were able to assist me right away. When I was calling them for assistance, I received a phone call from another New Age Security employee asking me if everything is alright because someone is tampering with the glassbreak detector. I advised him that it was myself trying to replace the battery and gave him my name and the pass code. I was able to open the glassbreak detector and replace the battery without any problems. I appreciated both employees help, efficiency and kindness.
