BACKGROUND STORY: We had a furnace installed just before Christmas and the installer suggested we wait to have the A-coil installed until Spring so that we weren't spending a ton of money at Christmas time. This seemed like a good idea until Spring came along and the installer would not return my calls! I contacted James from Natural Choice Heating and Cooling with urgency- it was a heat wave, and I was about 6 months pregnant with a non-functioning air conditioner. James replied IMMEDIATELY to my call, and even came over on a Sunday to give us a quote. To make it even better, he was able to install the new unit the same week (a heat wave week). The installers themselves were professional and did an excellent job, cleaning up after themselves and even exchanging a patio stone underneath the unit for us. I would DEFINITELY recommend Natural Choice Heating and Cooling. Fast, reliable, professional and very personable!

It all started with a leak... My mother had used Fyfe's Roofing for her eavestrough and was beyond pleased with the results. We called Mike and he came immediately the next day to inspect the roof. He never pressured us into any purchases. We could have patched our roof, (and that was offered) but we knew the roof would need replacing in a couple of years and decided to replace all shingles and avoid any further leaks and water damage inside. We had also been getting quotes for eavestrough before the roof leak and Mike offered us a quote that was better than other places we had contacted. Though it was summer and obviously fully booked, Mike managed to get a crew together and our roof was done within a few days! We didn't get our eavestrough done immediately as it was not urgent and due to his other bookings but it was completed yesterday. We also got the siding done (why not, right??), which was finished yesterday. The whole house looks AMAZING and we couldn't have asked for better service. All his employees were pleasant and worked very hard, they went above and beyond with the little things. One thing we were really happy with - it seem simple - but, they made sure our bell cable line was strung taught and higher up. I told them Bell should hire them, as Bell's own employees did a sub-par job when they installed it. Overall: - Mike promptly returns phone calls/texts right from the beginning - Employees are hard working and know what they are doing, down to the last details - Our house looks phenomenal (check out the pictures) - We never felt pressured to do anything at all
