I'm a real person undertaking a major renovation on the west side of Vancouver. Millwall came to remove 3 chimneys on our 50's rancher. Not only did the work get done professionally, 6 metric tonnes of bricks were removed quickly and cleanly by his crew, complete with roofing patches and re shingling. The shingle match was perfect and you can't tell where the chimneys were when I went up on the roof to inspect. Some additional vents and through pipes were required for vent hood, and bath fans, and for an additional $300 this work was undertaken on short notice to work with interior trades. Could not have had better service and at the lowest of competing quotes.

Beau was a pleasure to work with and a real find amongst other companies on Homestars that we received quotes from. We wanted smooth finish which is called "architectural" and the end result is even better than our expectations. Beau honoured the original price even after finding issues that delayed the job and cost Beau more money. Often concrete contractors cut corners and then the concrete cracks or falls due to lack of site prep. Beau will not short change you and he will use the right amount of fill and rebar.
