We wanted smooth finish which is called "architectural" and the end result is even better than our expectations. Beau honoured the original price even after finding issues that delayed the job and cost Beau more money. Often concrete contractors cut corners and then the concrete cracks or falls due to lack of site prep. Beau will not short change you and he will use the right amount of fill and rebar.
