A1 came to inspect and repair our chimney that was leaking during heavy downpours. The gentleman who came for the initial visit was very thorough with his inspection and came back a few more times to confirm some other checks before giving us a detailed explanation of his recommendationa and giving us a quote for the job. There were some hiccups with communication and scheduling, but when the guys did come to repair and rebuild our chimney, they did it efficiently and also did a fantastic job. We ended up needing to tear down the old chimney and have a new one built, and the masons did a great job building the new one, using brick to match our century-old home. The company also sent a chimney sweep to clean out the chimney after the new chimney was built. One thing to note - we were initially told that they would handle tarping up the fireplace before they started the teardown and brickwork to contain the debris but that didn't happen. We also were not given instructions to tarp it up ourselves the night before they came to demo the chimney (in hindsight we should've just done it ourselves but assumed someone was going for to tarp it up in the morning before the demo work started), so we weren't too impressed by that lack of communication point as it made a huge mess in the living room (and being 7 mths pregnant at the time, was very frustrating!) Overall, despite the communication issues, they still do fantastic work and are definite experts in their field, so would recommend.

We needed to get our Eavestrough inspected since we had some overflow issued during heavy rainfalls. We spoke with someone who clearly walked us through the inspection process, what charges would be made and when, and then proceeded to schedule the actual inspection. The people who came to do the inspection were very professional and efficient and also cleaned one of the troughs while here, bonus! We received a very thorough and detailed report of the inspection within a week of their visit. Would recommend!

James and his team were superb! We had a super heavy 1910s upright piano moved into our house back in May. Our porch has 10 steps up to the main door and the entrance way is a bit narrow, but James and his team had no problem moving the piano in (very strong!!). He took pictures before and after the move to show us that no damage was made during the move. The also lay down protective covering on our hardwood floors and didn't leave a scratch on either our floors or our walls. Overall, I would completely recommend his services :)

My husband and I had recently purchased a home and wanted to make sure the ducts were properly cleaned before we turned on the furnace. The team that came in was on time and very professional; the guy who was leading the team walked me through all the steps of what they were going to do so that I was well aware before they started working. They laid down protective cloths on the floor before bringing in the huge hose through the house - I really appreciated that! Overall, they did a great job and I'd recommend them to others.

Our neighbour and us had some mice issues so we called GTA Wildlife Pest Control. Kevin was very knowledgeable and efficient, and explained how the mice traps work. I also mentioned I had some issues with large ants coming into one of our rooms and he sprayed the perimeter of the deck right outside as well as the room. I'm writing this review about 2 months after Kevin came by, and it seems like both problems are resolved. Would recommend!

My husband and I had all of our locks (3 in total) rekeyed a couple months ago, and Demitri (sp?) was efficient and professional. I was really curious about how rekeying works and he was really patient as he explained to me and showed me all the little bolts and pieces that go into switching the grooves inside the lock. Overall, a job well done! Highly recommend.
