Called in about having mice in the house. Very friendly and informative telephone conversation, explaining everything in detail, so we knew what to expect. Had someone come to the house the same day. Vehicle is not blatantly branded (good for image and neighbours). Luka was very courteous and friendly, going through the entire house, inside and out - also answered questions and eased concerns. Traps are tamper-proof and therefore pet and child friendly. Very satisfied and happy with the friendly, competent and efficient service. Would recommend them for anyone with a pest issue.

Mark gave a very fair quote and delivered on all that was agreed upon. I was out of town, yet he was professional, quick and reliable. My property is on a grade, and I had been having water drainage issues for years. Mark understood and rerouted the water flow and added necessary downspouts required to do that. The work was done well and on time. He also came back to check on any issues that arose.
