Had a basketball sized bald-faced hornets ("paper wasps") nest under the eaves. Called in the morning to book a service call in the afternoon. Nico arrived within the promised time frame, and quickly took care of nest removal and cleanup. Highly recommended.

Nice employee came in the inspect the house after I thought I had been getting bites. He scoured the home and found nothing. To keep my mind at ease he put little traps around and told me to check them often.
