We have 3 window screens that were ripped to shreds by squirrels and needed to be repaired before the warm weather set in. I assumed this would take some time and we'd have to drive over to Dr. Screen with them and then pick them up. However, they came to the house, did the work right then, and within 30 min we had new animal-proof screens! This is such wonderful and professional service and we would highly recommend Dr. Screen and in the future if we need screen repair/replacement this is the only place I would consider.

We went to CAS in Woodbridge, ON. Although we had done some research on our own our sales representative, Rashed Khairi was able to give us many more details and provided a detailed specification sheet. Most impressive was the fact that Mr. Khairi answered all of our emails and calls very promptly and to our satisfaction.

We had an outside outlet that hadn't worked for some time and needed it fixed as well as some sort of weather proofing so it would be protected in the future. Hotwire got back to us very quickly after my online inquiry. This in itself was unusual - many places either don't respond or do it very late. Hotwire set up a date and time for the service right away. An electrician came right on time and his work was efficient and clean. My husband especially appreciated that he explained in detail what was wrong and how he fixed the problem. Hotwire's customer service and actual work are first rate and I would highly recommend them - we have no complaints.

The wooden frame around our garage door and an outside door were slowly deteriorating and in very bad shape. Rather than have it re-painted again and again we thought aluminum would be a far better solution. Gary came out to view everything last month and left us with colour samples. He carefully checked everything. He did the work this morning and we are delighted with how great everything looks - like new! Excellent workmanship as well as service.
