Caio and his team do incredible work. Clean, friendly with amazing attention to detail. Our new bathroom is flawless. They make perfect suggestions and make sure that you are 100% happy before finishing. This was the first of what I hope will be many projects with Caio. Worth every penny!

From the first phone call, Mark was extraordinarily professional and friendly. His inspection and recommendation saved me time and money and the service was delivered as promised, on time and on budget. I will definitely be going back to Mark and team for future work.

Sefi is a very affable character with lots of stories to share. To his credit, the team arrived on time, worked hard and had already marked off the fence line and where most of the posts would be placed just before I arrived home. The cement they used was done the solid, old fashioned way - i.e. not the cheap stuff. A couple things prevented me from giving them a higher score: 1) I asked that the posts be no further than 8 feet apart as per the wood I had ordered. Unfortunately 3 of the panels were longer than 8 feet - one is longer than 10 feet. Although he made us aware of one instance where the posts could not be closer than 8 feet, the other two were a surprise and so I had to go out and buy an additional batch of wood to accommodate this. A couple other panels seem unusually short but one is behind the shed so I'm not overly fussed. 2) the line on the fence was straight on the east side of the property until the final post which was almost a foot off so we have a couple of creative angles in two corners 3) The posts at the front/west side of the house are very close to the deck. Thankfully I screwed in the boards from the outside otherwise this would have been a huge challenge. There was room for at least an additional foot to push it forward. 4) I asked on the phone as well as in person to have the cement poured about 1 inch above the ground so water would not pool at the base of the posts. Apparently that is not necessary and will out live my time at the house - I gave in too easily on this. As per my rating I would recommend them but with a caveat that one really needs to know exactly what they want and be very specific to ensure it's delivered. This was my very first time building my own fence so I've learned a lot from the entire experience and gained much more confidence too.

A couple of months ago I contacted a number of companies to quote on repairs to my roof as a number of shingles were torn or missing. At the same time I had booked another company to clean my gutters as a pine tree that hangs over the house often clogs my down-spout. After coming to investigate, Andrew texted me a quote (with photos of the damage) that was very reasonable and included the offer of cleaning my gutters - saving me a couple hundred dollars. Andrew showed up on time, left the site spotless, sent me follow up photos of the completed repairs and clean gutter and came in at the dollar value quoted. Without hesitation I will use them for the next squirrel/raccoon attack on my shingles and any other roofing issue that arises. Highly recommend them!

I called Frank to discuss having some phone lines run into a couple rooms and replacing a bathroom fan that the previous owner of the house put in with the vent only going into the attic. Frank spoke with me for a long time about my options, all of which didn't involve fleecing me for no reason. Great, friendly advice and all this on a Sunday afternoon.

Polanski came recommended to us from a very particular friend of my wife. We initially used them when moving from our apartment to our first condo. The phone calls were a touch short but I put my faith in them and they did not disappoint. They even got our box spring to the second floor of our condo from one balcony to the other above it. Amazing! We have recommended them to numerous friends with little complaint. We used Polanski again when we moved from our condo to our house and again, they were superb. I will ONLY use Polanski.
