Experience was great front start to finish. I called in the morning and Alex arrived within 2 hrs as promised. Alex is a great guy and very skilled. I asked Alex to also replace my back door lock and he was able to accommodate without missing a beat. Wouldnt hesitate to use GTA Lockman again.

This is the second time using Gitano for repairs on my roof, I highly recommend them Slavik has helped me both times and continued with his outstanding service. He actually downsized the job after taking a closer look and determining we didn't need as much work as previously thought - the honesty was much appreciated. Also, I especially appreciated the timely and clear communication throughout, which unfortunately is rare. He delivered what he promised, when he promised, with no hassles. Great job!

We had been hearing a loud banging any time is was windy, so called Gitano based on the strength of the Homestars reviews and they didn't disappoint. Slavik managed to fit me in the very next morning and was precisely on time (as he had promised). Slavik did a walk around inspection before going up and immediately saw the loose flashing; the flashing wasn't obviously loose or hanging off (at least to me), but Slavik's trained eye caught it. He went up, re-attached the flashing and inspected everything else up there to ensure nothing else was wrong. I'll definitely call Gitano for any roofing issues and when the roof requires replacement. Thanks Slavik and Gitano!

We thought we had a "regular" plumbing problem in the corner of our basement, however when we opened up the floor we had the shock of our life - there was a river of raw sewage underneath our basement floor! I consulted the internet/homestars and decided to give Rooter Man a call. This was on a Friday evening....the gent who took my call was very polite and said someone would call me back shortly. I was expecting a call back within a few hours to be honest, however got a call back in 10 minutes from Stephen Brodar. Stephen was great and reassuring and arrived within the hour. From the moment Stephen arrived, he was polite, kind and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and suggested we start with replacing the cast iron portion of the original plumbing first, then going from there. I appreciated the sensible approach and not being pressured into a huge job off the bat. Stephen was able to schedule a crew in immediately to come out the following morning. This was greatly appreciated as the entire house smelled like sewage and it was obviously a priority to get this resolved ASAP. The next morning the 2 man crew arrived on time. They laid down drop sheets and hung plastic to protect the rest of the house/basement. They got right to work and only took a few breaks throughout the day; for all the back breaking work they were doing I would have expected many more breaks! The crew was friendly and extremely hard working...and above all clean. Every day they would clean up the work site. Our front porch steps had to be removed and they ensured to put it back exactly as it was. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean they left our front yard - it was cleaner than when they started. All in all, dealing with Stephen and his crew was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call Rooter Man for any plumbing issue, large or small. You really can't ask for more - prompt, polite, experts at what they do, friendly. Thanks again to Stephen and the crew at Rooter Man!
