We finally decided to go with a new furnace when a rep called from Reliance, as we were already customers. He went over a promotion for the new furnace and air conditioning. The team that came and installed our new system were awesome. They went over all the installation step by step, were friendly and efficient and did a great job. We always recommend Reliance to our family and friends as we feel we get Gold star service every time.

Bob, our fabulous Tech called Friday morning, 7:30am to say he was on the way and would be at the house within half hour. Sure enough, 20 mins later was at the door and ready to get to work. Bob was very courteous, friendly and knowledgable and not only did all the required service work, he went above and beyond to explain how to set everything and what to do to run our system at its peak efficiency. Wonderful customer service and Julian was a great tech. He called ahead so we knew exactly what was happening. Both Julian & the other tech were amazing. They did a fantastic job and completed it as they said. We will definitely use the service again in the Spring. Keep up the great work! It is very refreshing to find a company that does the job and provides excellent customer service.
