A coworker recommmended Steve and his crew for a new furnace, and we were extremely happy she did. Steve was very professional and accommodating to our needs. He did not try to over sell us on a larger unit and provided a very competitive and comprehensive in-home quote. The crew was running a little late on the date of installation so Steve made sure to come to the house to inform us of the delay in person. When they were finished, the installer instructed us on the use of the new thermostat and made sure we were comfortable with the final product.
