I interviewed a few companies and NPC stood out from the rest, both in terms of knowledge, friendliness and cost. From the very start Nathanael provided many options and advice on what we could and should do for our full basement reno including bathroom and laundry rooms. The entire team was amazing throughout the entire project. I would definitely recommend NPC and will be using them again when we need to replace our floors.

Michael was very helpful, fast, knowledgeable generally very nice. Our old home often raises some very expensive problems which we were afraid of when our basement drain started overflowing last week. We were concerned for a number of reasons not to mention a large tree in our front yard, a downfall of rain lately and an over active sump pump of late. Michael came by the day we called and was able to clean out our main pipe without much issue. Waterworks also has this wonderful pricing book that lists all the prices of their products and services. So it is fair, there is no "tweaking" the prices based on the customers location or car (which we've seen and heard of previously). Overall we are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them and will be using their services in the future.

Our home is over 120 years old and I think the basement has been leaking for just about that long. We bought it over 3 years ago and there wasn't any mention of the wet/leaking basement in our inspection report (not impressed)! We finally decided to bight the bullet and get the thing looked at knowing that it would be no small job. Claude came around to inspect our basement and do a few tests. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explored a few available options with us and was always very timely, courteous and professional in his responses (and there were a few). My husband and I talked aver the options and decided to go with the WaterGuard internal waterproofing solution with ThermalDry on the walls, a sump pump and a dehumidifier. It’s the Rolls Royce of interior waterproofing! We plan on framing the basement, adding drywall and basically semi-finishing it, so the cheaper wall option worked out better for our uneven wall surfaces. Jose and Lucio worked very hard over the week to get the job finished one day early. They were also very knowledgeable, funny and professional. As I said before, it is a very old house and they worked hard in not so pleasant a space to do a fantastic job. I was very excited when I heard the sump pump expel water the first time to test it. I would definitely recommend them again. Next step is to work with Claude on the city rebate and the inspection and all is done.
