BBQ boy was prompt in answering the phone and setting up an appointment for installing a gas line in my home for my gas bbq. But when the hole he created from the brick wall outside which leads to the basement wasn't sealed nicely by him, water started leaking in my basement. When I asked him to come back and seal it nicely for me, he told me to text him my address. He had no real intention of fixing the issue and he just wanted to get me off the phone asap. I called him several times and texted him several times after this and he didn't respond. If you can't find anybody other than bbq boy, then make sure he does the job right the first time, because he definitely doesn't guarantee his work. Very unprofessional.
