Here is why I hired Strong. Valentin was the first to respond, the first to do a site visit, do the site visit for free, answered all my questions (many), and walked me through the entire process beginning to end. Texted me about all the different times, inspectors, water off and on. Communicated everything. Even texted me while he was in summer vacation. Here is why you should hire Strong. When the inspector came to approve of the work - the inspector said “ your guys are one of the best in Toronto and their work is always top notch - how did you know to use them?” Luck!

Rick is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, clean, helpful....would use him again in a heartbeat! Even setup the clock and tested our new range. Will have him take care of all of our appliances!

Paul runs his company like UBER does - make it super simple. How can this get any better? Request quote on line in the morning. Service is done and completed by the afternoon. Paul is so pleasant, easy, and there is no upsell. He knows what needs to be fixed and takes care of it. Paid right on his phone. Even complimented our kitchen afterwards (not necessary). A kind gentle-man with a great service.
