An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Robin recently came out to my acreage and completed a full tear out and install on our furnace and hot water tank. The original furnace and tank were on their last legs and Robin answered our call in a timely manner. In addition to this work he also completed some other items that were above and beyond his normal scope of work. All items associated to Robin’s company were completed in a timely manner and within the original quote. Robin was completely transparent and worked towards securing the best possible pricing he could from distributors. I found Robin’s work to be very organized and tidy. Robin was always conscientious about his work and I could really tell that he liked doing what he was doing, he took pride in a job well done. Robin always answered any questions I had and took the time to explain items I was unsure of.
