Ac unit is only 4 years old and after 3 service appointments the noise on start up is still a proble
The Ac unit was making a grinding noise on start up Still not repaired . The circuit breaker poped numerous times in a 24 hrs . A Smart kit was installed, my 10 year warranty did not cover this kit . My monthly plan was cancelled 6 month s ago and Mercy is still withdrawing the monthly charge . After 5-6 calls I finally talked to a very nice agent and was surprised that I was still paying my monthly fee . I had to send my bank statements to Mercy and still waiting to see if Im going to get a refund . Im not a happy camper . All the issues are not resolved but the AC unit works very good now except for the grinding noise on start up . I have another appointment booked on Tuesday . Will see how this works out
