We did some shopping around and looking for our options. We came across Calgary Countertops on Homestars and read the reviews. We were more than impressed with how quickly they replied to our request for a quote. The communication was outstanding and we soon had our quote. They were very informative on the process, how long etc. We agreed on a date for the renovation and our installer was prompt and on time. To say the did a fantastic job is an understatement. Our installer was courteous, friendly and I enjoyed our discussions and he never even minded our questions and even invited us to watch while he went through the process. He kept us informed through the entire process from start to finish. He cleaned up and you wouldn't even know he was here other than the wonderful transformation. We are over the top impressed with our "new" look countertops and backsplash as well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly this company and their work ethics. Thank you again and totally feel like we were treated from start to finish like they really appreciated our business. If you are thinking of doing this, call them. You will not regret the decision and will be totally impressed with this company. Wish we could give more stars. There is a reason for all the fantastic reviews. They deserve it. When we first started looking for a roofing company we decided to get 4 quotes. We had the first company in and felt a little overwhelmed with the terminologies and also felt we were not being heard. In came Guns & Hoses. From the greeting at the door to the presentation we were taken off guard frankly. The owner himself came and gave us material to read and research while he did an actual video inspection of our roof. He then came inside and showed us all the issues and explained them as he went in terms my wife & I could understand. It was friendly. It was comfortable to ask questions and the experience was top notch. We decided on the spot that this was the company for us. We didn't need to research further as all our questions and peace of mind were answered. The actual work started as promised. The crew was friendly and even though they had some hiccups with the skylight they took the time to explain the issue and got it fixed. The owner came back himself and did a quality control check on the work his crew did. He again did a video inspection and showed us the video. That is when he asked the most important question. " ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING?" When we said yes, that is when we were required to pay for the work. Not upfront before the work, but after all parties agreed the work was done to ours and their satisfaction. And the quoted price was what the final price was. No hidden surprises. If you are looking for a great company and a company that provides over the top customer service and workmanship. This is the place. I would and have recommended them to everyone and will continue to do so. Awesome job and personally, thank you so much for everything.
