When we first started looking for a roofing company we decided to get 4 quotes. We had the first company in and felt a little overwhelmed with the terminologies and also felt we were not being heard. In came Guns & Hoses. From the greeting at the door to the presentation we were taken off guard frankly. The owner himself came and gave us material to read and research while he did an actual video inspection of our roof. He then came inside and showed us all the issues and explained them as he went in terms my wife & I could understand. It was friendly. It was comfortable to ask questions and the experience was top notch. We decided on the spot that this was the company for us. We didn't need to research further as all our questions and peace of mind were answered. The actual work started as promised. The crew was friendly and even though they had some hiccups with the skylight they took the time to explain the issue and got it fixed. The owner came back himself and did a quality control check on the work his crew did. He again did a video inspection and showed us the video. That is when he asked the most important question. " ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING?" When we said yes, that is when we were required to pay for the work. Not upfront before the work, but after all parties agreed the work was done to ours and their satisfaction. And the quoted price was what the final price was. No hidden surprises. If you are looking for a great company and a company that provides over the top customer service and workmanship. This is the place.
