Fida Restoration was contacted to install a new 30 x 15 concrete pad plus steps for my backyard that I've been itching to do for years. Had a number of contractors quote on this work and Shawn was somewhere in the middle of the pack of quotes. I decided to choose Fida because of the following reasons: 1) Shawn was very professional 2) Comprehensive in his quotation 3) Didn't cut corners and made sure the job was quoted right After the job was completed, my wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism of the Fida crew. I asked their crew to take some of the waste material from the 6" of dirt that was removed to backfill a deep swale to level it out and they were very cooperative and helpful. The Fida team also cleaned up the site after they were done, a nice touch at the end to show their professionalism. They stand by their warranty and I will update this review again if there was a need to call them back, and if they full-filled their warranty. As for now, I am very happy with my new concrete pad and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. Thank you Shawn and the Fida team!

My wife and I have always wanted to renovate our kitchen, despite our home being only 9 years old (new build). After extensive research into various contractors / kitchen designers that are on the market in the Greater Toronto Area, we chose to put our trust into Neo Kitchen and they delivered in spades. From the outset of the first consultation, to the process of installation and completing the final touches, Neo Kitchen was never short of a) Professionalism and b) Excellent workmanship. Michael is a visionary in Kitchen Design, his experience and ability to understand our needs translated into the kitchen we always wanted. The installation crew was extremely professional, courteous, punctual, and hard working. From start to finish, the installation took approximately 2.5 weeks. I completed the electrical myself and had a separate company complete the countertops and backsplash, but that's only because I have an electrical engineering background and my close friend is in the countertop business. Overall, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the end product (and the process of reaching the end product) and we will use Neo Kitchen again if and when we do another kitchen renovation. My wife and I purchased our new home and wanted a certified home inspector to do a thorough job so we are covered under our 30 day Tarion warranty. Brent did a fantasic job. His attention to detail, professionalism and organized approach gave us a great understanding of our new home! I will admit that I thought I knew "enough" about homes, but Brent should be structural and OBC code deficiencies that never crossed my mind.
