Yu helped us assess a basement foundation wall. We were under a tight deadline an Yu was very accommodating in providing his assessment and documentation for our timeline. He is very thorough and an excellent communicator.

I chose Inline because I had heard wonderful things about their product -- not just from this site, but also from a friend who is a builder and uses Inline. I also liked that they are a Toronto based company. When I was getting quotes from contractors for my reno, one of them warned me that Inline's products are great but customer service is horrible. Unfortunately, I chose to ignore him and go ahead with inline, and thought I had allowed enough extra time for wiggle room in case the service was indeed poor. Sadly, I should have listened to that contractor. The company was happy to take our money and told us it would be ready in 8 weeks. Of course, 8 weeks came and went and now, many weeks past our completion date, they are telling us that their production line is down and 8 weeks was only a minimum/estimate. It's almost November and now I think our whole reno has to go on hold until the summer, as we are widening the opening/removing brick to put in the doors. I'm very disappointed to say the least. I'm hoping the quality of the product truly makes up for the disappointing service. I'm giving them a 5 rating on faith that that I will love the product. No points for service. It seems unfortunat

We had a complicated roofing project to complete this summer that involved removing an old roof deck (walk-out from our third floor), having the roof replaced, and installing a new deck. We hired Bin Solutions to remove the old deck and build a new one. We experienced a few issues with reliability of the carpenters, however, Zion worked hard to keep the crew on track and make sure we were happy. Zion was very organized and made some great recommendations for the design of our deck. We are very happy with the finished product and love spending time on the deck. I'd recommend Zion's services and would use him again for future projects.

We would recommend Pesticon without hesitation! We first met Waheed last year when we suspected we had termites in our yard. Waheed installed a test kit and came back a week later to examine the results. Thankfully, he didn't see any evidence of termites. Despite coming to our house twice and installing the termite test, he didn't charge us anything! It's clear that he cares for clients. When we discovered we had carpenter ants in our roof, we instantly knew that Pesticon was the company to call. Waheed came the next day and treated our attic. We were so grateful that he could come so quickly and his fees were very reasonable. If you have any pest issue, call Pesticon! It's rare to find a company with great service, reasonable prices, and such integrity!

We hired Skylights Unlimited to install a new skylight in our attic bedroom. We are very happy with the results -- the room is so much brighter and more open! We are also very impressed with Denis' patience with our questions during the quotation period and during the installation. During our installation a carpenter ant colony was found in our roof. Goran and Ed helped clean up the ants and installed the skylight to protect from the rain. They then stopped the installation to allow us time to call an exterminator to treat the ants. We were impressed with how they handled the situation and their availability to finish the project as soon as we had the ants under control. Goran and Ed even installed a pot light for us (which was not a part of the contract) and offered some roofing tips. In summary we are very happy with our experience with Skylights Unlimited and would fully recommend their services.
