It's been really windy lately and we've been finding shingles in our backyard. I called Roof Repairs.ca today and reached Kim, directly. I explained my situation and that I'm not qualified to get on the roof to check, myself. Kim explained the Roofing Repairs.ca approach to me and in an effort to assuage my fears, suggested that, in many cases, the shingles are from someone else's roof. Kim connected with Brad immediately after our call. I received a message confirming the appointment was booked and another one updating me when Brad was on the way. He arrived at my door within 45 minutes of my original call. He was done his inspection within minutes of arriving, but not without a thorough look at both mine and my neighbours' roofs. He showed me pictures of my roof that, thankfully, showed it to be in good condition. Sorry for my neighbours, and thankful for Kim and Brad!

Several years ago Cozy Comfort Plus replaced the builder's A/C unit with a new Lennox unit. The new unit is larger, and required widening of the plenum of our furnace, as well as moving some duct work. This was all custom work. Since, we've had Cozy Comfort Plus in annually, to do regular tune-ups for the furnace and gas fireplace. They do a great job and always leave the work areas clean.

We lost temperature control in our master shower and had a shower/tub diverter in the family bathroom that was stuck. We have the original builder equipment in our home and are not ready to renovate. Velentin found the correct parts to repair the shower faucet including a rare part that he had to order online. He showed up on time and completed the job in under an hour. While he was fixing the diverter he noticed the fixture in the family tub was also leaking. He repaired that one too at only the cost of the part, which he happened to have. Happy to say both shower/baths are now in working order. Thanks Valentin p. s. We're having him back to do some additional work for us
