Don't go with Fernbrook! - All new homes are expected to have some issues or touch ups, and Fernbrook is TERRIBLE at responding once you've moved in. In year TWO they have not responded to over 20 e-mails to get a few final things completed. FAR batter to use a custom builder than Fernbrook. We are leveraging Tarion to try to get it done, but also about to take legal action, as we have in writing that they will fix certain things. Not good when it has to come to this. Save yourself the pain and sufferings.

The New Oaktree dining room table and chairs arrived today, and are incredible! The quality is so sturdy and strong that it will last centuries..... The delivery guys were amazing and had to lug in this heavy table and chairs, and they set it up and I couldn't be more happy. Terry and William or so helpful and informative and I could not have asked for better service from them. -- amazing result and thanks so much all
