Replacement flat roofs and deck
M&R did a great job on replacing two flat roofs and deck. Very professional work, good value and they came and talked us through every part of the job, including some unexpected problems along the way. Best of all, they definitely went the extra mile when we still had a leak after they had replaced one of the roofs, even though it wasn't their fault. They ended up taking out our glass door and re-installing it with a roofing material extended to go underneath it since it was the door that was leaking, not the roof. So basically a whole day extra spent here with a team of guys after they thought they had finished just so we could be sure of no leaks. The only downside is they are super busy so they are not always easy to get hold of, but that's not unusual with roofing companies and M&R will always get back to you eventually. I would definitely recommend.

Thank you for the review. When replacing a residential flat roof which has a walkout with a door it is optimal to have the waterproofing membrane transition under the door. Since, the flat roof replacement is a retro fit in regards to the door, it is costly to involve in removing the door also. In most cases, it is possible to run a good portion of the membrane under the door sill with no issues. However, in some circumstances depending on the door step clearance from the roof, door and sill type, removing the door for a proper waterproofing is the only option.
