The crew replacing shingles on roof were very professional - no loud talking or music unlike may roofers we have seen. Once the job was completed the cleanup was excellent but what really impressed me was that the foreman pointed out an error with the placement of the roof vents that was subsequently fixed on a followup visit. I would not have really noticed A very good company.

Greg and Kenny arrived on time and the installation went smoothly. The worksite was left tidy. They were professional and courteous throughout, and explained the installation, operation, and maintenance of the unit. Thanks, guys !

Mike Labelle did a terrific job first diagnosing then fixing the water heater. Was very knowlegable and helpful. I was able to get an explanation for the repair, how to change water temperature and even what the benefit of an HRV system would be like. He also arranged for someone to call me.
