Diya did a great job as usual, first time i dealt with him was few years ago and since then, he is the only one I use, great job and great attitude.

I got Dean's number from HomeStars, called him explained what I wanted to do (replace two faucets in my en-suit bathroom and install 4 valves so I don't have to shutdown the whole house water when I need to fix something with those two faucets, he gave me a fair quote and appointment, he came in time wearing face mask, he did the job professionally, cleaned up and wiped everything, I even asked him to do another smaller job, (getting rid of my old rusty flanges and replace them with new chrome plastic ones), he did that quickly, all in all, I'm happy and will refer Dean to my friends.

I'm reliance customer for over 15 years, I was impressed of their support to their water heater to the level that when they announce their warranty program, I jumped on it, I have their Furnace/AC/plumbing warranty. it was ok for the first few years, but I noticed in the last couple of years, that their service men are only concerned with one thing, they don't want to maintain your appliance, they just want to sell you new one and they pressure you relentlessly, clearly it is a company policy. now I have a problem with my A/C, I called them three times and they came all three times, did nothing and the last one said, we can't do anything you simply must buy a new one, I will buy a new one and for sure it will not be from Reliance, not just that I will buy new A/C new Furnace and new water heater and get rid of Reliance Warranty and water heater.
