the level of service is degrading for sure.
I'm reliance customer for over 15 years, I was impressed of their support to their water heater to the level that when they announce their warranty program, I jumped on it, I have their Furnace/AC/plumbing warranty.
it was ok for the first few years, but I noticed in the last couple of years, that their service men are only concerned with one thing, they don't want to maintain your appliance, they just want to sell you new one and they pressure you relentlessly, clearly it is a company policy.
now I have a problem with my A/C, I called them three times and they came all three times, did nothing and the last one said, we can't do anything you simply must buy a new one, I will buy a new one and for sure it will not be from Reliance, not just that I will buy new A/C new Furnace and new water heater and get rid of Reliance Warranty and water heater.
