I have only good things to say about our experience. I agreed to help my elderly in laws take care of some of the flooring in their house. Roy came over and explained the options. He was incredibly patient and attentive and I never felt that he was overselling. In fact, he encouraged them to consider a smaller project rather than a larger one. The company was also very good at keeping us informed throughout the process. They were always on time and quick to respond to all follow up questions we had. After the job was done a small detail needed changing. Roy immediately replied to the request and had someone over first thing the next morning. I would not hesitate to recommend Invision. Thanks.

I had been using another company and couldn't get them to come back for a 2nd visit. The mice were freaking me out so much that I decided to call that a loss and try someone with a good rep on Homestars (I know.. I should have done that in the first place - the company I first used got a terrible rating and Kevin's was lots of 10's) Anyway, Kevin showed up quickly, was generous with his time and honest. As he predicted it took some time, but Kevin visited often and kept trying different things until he got something that worked. He even came by without my calling just to see how things were going! He has gone above and beyond and it looks like the problem has been cleared up. Thanks Kevin.

Paid$400(!) bucks for mouse problems. Mice weren't interested in bait and weren't being caught in traps. Each time I called Abell they said they'd "page the technician" who never phoned back. This went on for three weeks without even a call back. Meanwhile the mice are partying nightly in the kitchen! Today I called and they said the reason no one called was because the tech is no longer working in my area... blah... blah When I told them I just want to cancel my contract and after putting me on hold for a while said so-in-so is on the other line and will get right back to me. I'm still waiting...
