Yevhen was very professional, pleasant and works hard and efficiently. He analyzed the issue with the ice maker and did an initial fix, requesting we follow up next day to see if it was the initial issue or a secondary issue. Second day he came back, replaced the secondary issue (water pump) and all was working. He was knowledgeable, honest and quoted the exact price. He was always on time, and very professional. I will be using him again. I recommend him for appliance repairs from our experience.

We always use Mike for plumbing needs We have used him for the last 15 years, and we have never had an issue. He is honest, trustworthy and does a good solid job. He has helped with small to medium projects, and also emergencies and leaks. he is responsive, honest and you really get what you pay for with him. he will quote you a price, explain options, what he is doing etc...and you can decide. There is no pressure. He gives honest advice, and does honest work. We keep his number on the fridge for friends to recommend. A few months ago we had a bad sink leak in the ktchen, and needed a new faucet. I bought the faucet, and do to the difficulty with the job, he did the labor. No questions, no if and's.....done and paid, and at the exact price he stated. Works beautifully.

Daltony and Raphael came on time, 8 am appt. These two were gentleman, polite, explained all services, and got the job done quick. They quoted the price on site, and maintained a completely clean work process. These guys were genuinely a pleasure, and so professional. The carpets took 8 hrs to dry, but they look like new! I moved the large furniture before, but these guys moved small items and couches, and put all furniture up in styrofoam lifts. They also used foot coverings, and put a temporary carpet over the tile on the mainfloor. They cleaned up after every move. Highly recommended! I will be using this company again for the basement next time.

Called waterworks again as we had a sink in our on-suit which never worked since we moved in (7 yrs back). First off Natasha called to confirm, and also sent a confirmation email with the plumbers picture and some info. Best service by a company thus far and we haven't even had the plumber over yet! She also asked if my wife will be alone, and comfortable with being there with a male plumber. She also asked about pets or children which could be an issue. Great service upfront, I have to say! We tried everything. Larry came and gave us the price up front, then got to work. Within less than 2 hrs, the drain was completely clear, snaked down to where it meets other pipes. Turns out that it was connected to the master tub, which had pipes full of grout from the contractors before. Larry did the job quickly, and professional, and charged what he said. he also explained the problem, and showed us. This is the 7th or 8th time using waterworks, and once again we are completely satisfied. Their number is on our fridge. Will be using again.!!! I highly recommend them.

Brendan and his crew did an amazing job! Quote was right on, work was done quick and mess cleaned up. We had LED pot lights put in our tv room, and 8 in our living room. In addition, they did 4 LED outdoor pot lights in our soffets/overhang on each side f our house to light up the outside/walkway. The LED quality is high, and brightness perfect. Indoor lights were put on dimmers. I have to say, the work looks great! Inside and outside. They guys were professionals and knew what they were doing. They don't waste time, and are polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them after who we had for quotes before. I will most definitely be hiring these guys again in the future. Price was great and negotiable, quote was right on when work completed, we literaly had zero issues with them. My wife and I are quite impressed with the quality of work, and with the workers themselves. I highly recommend these guys if you need pot lights!

Once again we called waterworks because of our basement flooding from drainage blockage. TODD came to our place and was one of the most professional, polite and knowledgeable individuals we have ever encountered. He assessed the problem, explained what it was, the options to correct and the process he will be doing. This is the reason we continue to use Waterworks. It is professionals like Todd whom reinforce the requirement to have trustworthy plumber who can get the job done exactly as stated, and exactly on budget. AS we have said before, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND waterworks for your jobs, small or big. Ask for Todd also. This guy is one of the best!!!! Thanks again guys! Michael was very professional, efficient and honest. He solved our water pressure problems in a flash and had a great deal of knowledge. He definitely went over and above what was expected.
