John was able to squeeze me for an appointment the next day which I really appreciated. John was friendly and efficient. The drain was snaked in no time and I was instructed to flush it monthly using Dawn and hot water to prevent the issue in the future. John even tightened the lever of my bathroom faucet before he left. I will definitely call Dima Plumbing again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.

Even before my appointment, Valentin provided invaluable input in helping me select my new toilet which I ordered online. After it finally arrived, Valentin was available the next morning to install it. He arrived on time, followed Covid protocols, removed my old toilet and installed the new one in just over 1 hour, and left my bathroom very tidy. Valentin also called his supplier to help me find the best price for a matching toilet seat. I was invoiced exactly the amount that he quoted to me over the phone. Valentin was friendly and professional during the whole process. I will definitely call him again for plumbing issues and I also won`t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Draincom was the only company that picked up the phone when I called even though the other two companies I phoned were highly rated on Homestars. Santina was friendly and sympathetic to my problem while scheduling my appointment. On the day of my appointment, Valentin was punctual and courteous. Upon entering my home, he took off his shoes even though I didn't ask him to and I kept mine on. He got to work straight away and didn't appear offended when I flushed my toilet repeatedly to ensure that it would still work after he left. In addition, he patiently answered other unrelated plumbing questions about installing a bathtub and a slow draining kitchen sink. Valentin was very knowledgeable and professional. I'm impressed by the service provided by Draincom and I would definitely use them again.
