Yong and his team very knowledgeable in waterproofing and professional. They have top class customer service and I would not hesitate to hire them again! Sign’s Waterproofing answered all of our questions. They started on time and finished the job on time and throughout kept up with communication of everything they had completed they found 3 cracks in the area they assessed was the problem area and addressed diligently sending photos as they progressed.

My husband and I are truly grateful, we had a very large move although very short distance move and it was chaotic and we chose Miracle Movers as they also have re-usable boxes/totes which I decided on last minute and the delivered early am. It started off well however customer service truly lacking, miscommunication on the bin picks and invoicing process was terrible MM expects you to pay in full end of the move however do not give you a copy but then never sends the invoice and when asked they blame the customer for not asking was very frustrating! I actually wrote this review right after the move and gave 10 stars until everything that followed after with the bins was a huge cluster. As for the 3 movers Serge, Max and Eric, very professional they arrived on time assessed the workload and inventory. It was a 7.5 hr move and I was super impressed by their energy and organizational skills, they truly made it look easy and seemed to take pride in the work that they do especially Serge and Max they are both powerhouses! We have moved a few times and this move although chaotic was less stressful thanks to Serge and Max they assembled everything and really all we now how to worry about is unpacking boxes. Thanks again Serge, Max and Eric Miracle Moves should be very proud to have you as part of their team as your a good example of the value they provide and enhanced customer experience!

Alex and team very professional, he walked us through the entire process and always quick to follow up on next steps to ensure we understood what was happening. In the process of diagnosing a clog with his camera Alex was able to use the camera as a snake to clear the blockage. The camera was very hi tech and clear image, we saw a more detrimental problem we had tree roots in the clay pipe that we had to get fixed asap otherwise we would be on the hook for more damage to our home potentially. He is honest, reasonable rated price and very efficient, and got all the approvals required and job done as estimated in terms of timeframe. Willl definitely keep in mind future pluming project we plan for our next home basement renovation.
