Miracle Movers

My husband and I are truly grateful, we had a very large move although very short distance move and it was chaotic and we chose Miracle Movers as they also have re-usable boxes/totes which I decided on last minute and the delivered early am. It started off well however customer service truly lacking, miscommunication on the bin picks and invoicing process was terrible MM expects you to pay in full end of the move however do not give you a copy but then never sends the invoice and when asked they blame the customer for not asking was very frustrating! I actually wrote this review right after the move and gave 10 stars until everything that followed after with the bins was a huge cluster.

As for the 3 movers Serge, Max and Eric, very professional they arrived on time assessed the workload and inventory. It was a 7.5 hr move and I was super impressed by their energy and organizational skills, they truly made it look easy and seemed to take pride in the work that they do especially Serge and Max they are both powerhouses! We have moved a few times and this move although chaotic was less stressful thanks to Serge and Max they assembled everything and really all we now how to worry about is unpacking boxes.
