It was such a pleasure to work with Piper Plumbing and we highly recommend them. Piper Plumbing swooped in and saved the day after another plumber completely botched our project. Here are the reasons we recommend Piper Plumbing: 1. Professionalism and Trustworthy – they treated us and our house with respect. They were tidy and cleaned up after their work day finished. We completely trusted them in our space and with the project. 2. High Quality Work – the difference between Piper and the previous plumber we had dealt with was night and day! They placed the lines and drains in our house in a neat and orderly fashion that made it easy for us to finish our reno. We’ve had no issues and everything works properly. 3. Proactive Problem Solving – they pointed out things that they felt might cause issues in the future and provided options on how the issues could be dealt with. For any issues we brought up (we were mostly concerned with finishing the reno in an esthetically pleasing way so our issues were more like “we don’t want this plumbing to be here, we’d rather have it here” type thing), they provided options and always found a solution that we were very pleased with. They could seriously find a way to make anything work! 4. Residential experience – this company has worked in houses with homeowners for years and that experience is invaluable. They know how to talk to the average homeowner and explain things in a way that makes sense. They were flexible on the timeline with us as we were doing some of the work ourselves. They understand how to work in tight-on-space 50s bungalows (our situation!) and strive to place their plumbing in the least intrusive way possible so that looks neat and tidy and is easy to finish. 5. Responsive – All of our calls, text, emails were answered right away, they could always schedule us in quickly, they showed up when they said they would. Having had such a bad experience with a previous plumber, we are so happy we have found Piper Plumbing and will only use them going forward. I highly recommend them.
