We have recently completed redecorating the interior of our home and had selected Platinum Pro Painters Inc based on a recommendation from a friend. What a refreshing organization to deal with. From start to finish, the professionalism, integrity, and quality of work exhibited by Chris (the owner) and his team of painters, who worked on our home, was second to non. Their checking and rechecking on the work to be done and their attention to detail meant that we received exactly what we wanted. It is not easy to get a full sense of the colour selected for the walls from a small colour strip. The team demonstrated flexibility at the outset as we slightly modified the intensity of our initial colour selection, for part of the house, to complement the house interior at the team's advice. Particular mention should be made to Frank, the leader of our team of painters, whose special endearing personality, and constant desire to ensure that we were fully satisfied with the finish of the work, often meant putting in extra time to finish the work to his high standard - and ours. This was done without complaint and always a cheery disposition. Need-less-to-say, we are delighted with the end result and would, without hesitation, highly recommend Platinum Pro Painters - and ask for Frank!

Cal and his three separate teams of specialists worked on our project for 10 days. Their professionalism was unquestionable and the quality of the end product shows. The one team was challenged with our request to install hardwood on our curved staircase, but they worked tirelessly until it was successfully completed. We are very happy with the final floors. Cal remained in touch with us throughout the project and provided numerous tips along the way on the floor maintenance. His team were all polite, punctual, meticulous and demonstrated pride in their workmanship. At no time did we sense they were unprepared to answer our many questions. The work was completed in the agreed time frame. It became clear to us that Cal and his team were not just completing a job, their attention to detail and ensuring our complete satisfaction was very apparent with numerous offers of followup to correct any problems - if this is necessary.
