A couple of years ago we contracted NPC Building & Renovations LTD to do a full remodel of our powder room and to replace our basement flooring. Based on the excellent experience we had previously, we did not hesitate to engage them again when we decided to do a full renovation of our ensuite bathroom. Once again, Natanael was fully responsive to our many questions and concerns. Other than changes we initiated NPC's original quote and estimated timeline stood firm. NPC's work was first-rate. The crew always arrived promptly on time and were exceptionally clean throughout the entire renovation process. They also seamlessly dealt with a few minor hiccups that were encountered during the project. Just like our initial experience with NPC, we are extremely happy with the results and will definitely use NPC for any future home renovation projects. I would not hesitate to recommend NPC to anyone looking for a home renovation contractor.

We discovered a water leak from our dishwasher. As he had done other appliance repairs for us in the past I immediately called Rick. We arranged a mutually convenient appointment. Rick arrived early and already had the part he suspected was the cause of the leak. Rick was correct, replaced the faulty part in short order and ensured that no water was leaking while the part was under pressure or during a dishwashing cycle. I'm completely satisfied with Rick's work and his professionalism. I will not hesitate to engage Rick for any future appliance repairs. I contacted my installer to perform routine yearly maintenance on my furnace & AC. They advised me that they no longer serviced my area but recommended Dr HVAC. I contacted Dr HVAC and was able to get an appointment within 3 days. Bryan arrived promptly during the scheduled service window. He was courteous, followed all COVID-19 protocols, was very thorough in his service and took the time to fully explain what he was doing and why as he went through each maintenance check. I was extremely satisfied with Dr HVAC and Bryan and plan to use them for future needs. I highly recommend Dr HVAC.

We have used Ambia windows twice now and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. During the consultation phase Tony was extremely helpful and offered suggestions we had not thought of. His quote was well within our budget and beat quotes from competitors. The timeline he laid out was very accurate as well. Frank and his installation team were very professional, performed the installation quickly and efficiently and left the premises as clean as could be expected. Throughout the entire process Tony and Frank were easily reached and readily answered any and all questions. Once the installation was completed Tony followed up to ensure our complete satisfaction. Ambia will definitely be our first choice for our next window or door project.

We had a minor kitchen drain issue which we required service for. We called Water Works and the call was immediately answered by Jean. She was able to quickly arrange an appointment. On the day of service, Jean called 45 minutes prior to the arrival of the plumber (as promised) to advise of his being enroute. The plumber was extremely, courteous, neat and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a repair explaining all costs up front. Doing business with water works was quick, efficient and painless. I will not hesitate to call Water Works again should the need arise.
