Contacted Nordik based on positive reviews from others. From the initial consultation, to the installation and follow up after to address an issue with the glass choice being incorrect was fantastic. The process to get the doors manufactured took longer then was advised, but I get there are significant delays right now. Installers who showed up were outstanding. Took every care to ensure protection of my floors and completed the job a lot quicker then we expected.

Reached out to Green and Spotless based on reviews here on HomeStars. I was able to get my services book quickly and even though I had to unexpectedly cancel the Duct cleaning services the owner was very understanding and helpful with suggestions. Great work ethic and results. Will be using them for further cleaning services in the future.

Reached out to Parkers based on reviews here from HomeStars. Wasn't disappointed. Gutters were cleaned and blockages cleared even while it was raining outside. I appreciate the prompt response from the team and the quality of work performed. Would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

I received multiple quotes before proceeding with Wow. I really enjoyed the in person consultation that went over all the details of my job and ideas on how to make it look really good. I proceeded with the quote and was impressed with the follow up emails on what I needed to do to ensure my job was successful. The team arrived on time and the lead went over all the details before starting. I left for the day and when I received a call asking me to come home for 2pm I was skeptical they were done. I arrived to a perfectly painted condo. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work completed. I will definitely use them again should I need painting services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for painters.

I just moved into a new condo and part of the move I needed a new PAX system installed along with two new beds for my kids rooms. The team from Assembly Man were incredible. They arrived on time and started to work immediately. They went over the work with me and pointed out small defects in the furniture to ensure I was happy. They took precautions to protect my floor as well. They finished all the work in a day which was amazing and helped my move in seem less stressful. Best investment ever! Highly recommended. I know I will use them again in the future when needed.

After having a leak for a second year in a row we reached out to over 15 roofers to obtain quotes for a full roof re-shingle job for both my and my neighbors house (semi-detached). Mark was one of the only companies to respond and were glad he did. They came out right away and provided a very detailed quote for the job. He went over the different shingle options in detail and made his recommendations on which to go with. Out of the 4 quotes we received M&R was the most complete and our comfort level having read the other reviews made us select them. Even thought they were extremely busy they made the time for us to get the work done ASAP so that we could proceed with our internal repairs through our insurance company. The team that came out was great. Would highly recommend and if work is needed in the future we would use them again without hesitation.

After moving into our new house we noticed that our sons window would not close at all. The window was warped due to the house settling over time. We also found one of our windows in the master bedroom was also having issues latching closed. We contacted Window Choice and within days had James out for an inspection and recommendation for replacement. The quote was awesome so we proceeded with the work in early 2013. The contractors arrived a couple of days later for the official measurements. The windows were ordered an installed in a timely manner. The installers were great and very efficient at getting everything installed and cleaned up. Very happy with the service provided. We have since provided their contact information to family and friends. Will use them again for our future window needs.

We hired Traian to install our Ikea kitchen after doing the design and planning ourselves. We also received quotes from a couple of other installers and while Traian wasn't the least expensive he was the only one who took the time to speak to us prior to providing us with the quote and he was able to start very quickly which was great. Traian was able to spot some problems with our design and provided us with options to improve the look and functionality of the kitchen. I think the best suggestion was building out the over fridge cabinet so that it was flush with the fridge - definitely gives a high end built in look. All of the tradespeople Traian recommended were also great (we used plumber, electrician and granite counter top fabricator all provided to us by Traian). The only thing I would say is that the job did take longer than we expected due to Traian's perfectionism - in the end we are happy he took the time because every little detail of the kitchen is perfect. We would definitely recommend Traian and probably would also hire him for the design process given how great he was with our little suggestions.

Impressed with the price, turnaround and installation time. You could (at least in my case) update your company name to Shed in HALF a day. The installers arrived ontime, consulted me on location and provided some feedback on some requirements. They did have to attend a local garden center to get some supplies however continued to prep the area while this occured. Shed went up in no time and the end result is exactly what we were looking for. Love the upper shelf and extra space. Price was great for the size. Would have paid the same at a big box store just for the shed alone. Personal service is always key, and I appreciated the communications from Peter. Now time too chose a paint and finish er up. Thanks!

Another great installation completed by Ken. Excellent product selection for the projector mount and in celing speakers. Completed in wall wiring in a complicated finished basement setup. Highly would recommend Ken for any home theater installation. Now all I need is a popcorn maker! THANKS!!

We had Sam in to do a quote on our Central Vac rough in as we had just moved and the new house that did not have this completed. Sam provided great direction on multiple options and locations for the installation and was very through on selecting the best location that would limit any damage as our basement was completely finished. His quote was very acceptable and installation timeframe was within the week of the initial quote. The installation was seamless and all work was completed as promised and on time. The work area was cleaned up and additional suggestions were made to optimize the power unit we had. Sam also indicated our power unit was still under warranty and to call him if we had any issues at all. We are very happy to have our vacuum back up and running thanks to Sam and his installation. I would highly recommend Sam from Alar-Vac if your looking at a Central VAC installation. Thanks!

After moving into a new House my old TV was just taking up too much space. I contacted Ken of Borg Audio Video and he provided great ideas for the area I was working in. I had a strict budget for this upgrade – Ken was able to get me what I wanted and was able to stay within my budget. His installation service for the LCD mount was great – The Nexus LCD TV he recommended is beautiful. I also had a HD Projector that I got on sale a little while ago, but had not setup yet. Ken made an excellent choice for a projector screen for our area. We now have the setup we wanted and have reclaimed our Entertainment room space – enough so to add a new couch for watching movies on our New Projector Screen – It’s like we have our own personal Movie Theater now! Highly recommended – Give Borg Audio Video a call – You will be impressed with the service and delighted with the end result.

Great disposal bin Company. No damage to Driveway at all. Bin was dropped of when booked. Bin rentals are for 4 days, but I was done early with my clean-up. Called Fairlight to let them know - bin was picked up and out of my driveway after a couple of hours of that call!! Excellent experience. Will use them again if needed.

Sears was great. From the initial consultation to the completed install. They completed the work in about 6 hours and even moved my water heater during the install as it was going to be in the way of the Electronic Air Filter. Give them a call...
