Frank arrived early in the morning, quickly prepared for the job, removed the old toilet and put it out for the garbage collection, installed the new one, checked with me to ensure the grab bar would be in the right location, and cleared up perfectly. He was completely professional, very efficient and excellent value. I would highly recommend him - 10 out of 10!!

At the recommendation of friends, I called Mr Brannan when it became very obvious that the items on the top rack of the dishwasher weren't being washed. He made an appointment for two days after my call, arrived early in the "noon to 3 p.m." window, made a speedy diagnosis, removing the guck and grease that wasn't helping the flow of water, replacing worn parts, then putting it all back together and letting it run a cycle to make sure all was well. Excellent service, very reasonable and he didn't lecture me on my dishwasher inadequacies as a previous serviceman had. And my husband even noticed the glasses are actually clean now!
