Visited here after my ordeal with another appliance retailer (left them a review as well). Happy to report we were very pleased with our experience with CAS and working with Dave T. We wanted LG appliances with specific models in mind, and our other criteria was they had to be "firm" in-stock. He was able to help us with what we were looking for, and was competitive with pricing. We were extremely pleased with his recommendation of the Bosch 800 series laundry pair, primarily because it only requires one power source instead of two separate outlets like majority of washer/dryers on the market. Our condo previously had a all in one unit that required one 240V outlet so purchasing this set saved us $600 + HST on hiring an electrician to run the separate 120V connection for the washer! Overall, good experience and I recommend specifically speaking to Dave T. We initially were greeted by Abid, however we did not appreciate his "pushy" approach or attitude. Glad we turned around and spoke to Dave when we did or we simply would have walked out One piece of advice about delivery, be sure to let CAS know exactly what is required for delivery because courier is outsourced and they only perform work based on paperwork. In other words, you can't be asking for any favours or additional work when they arrive on-site

Buyer beware! We purchased a full suite of LG appliances from the St Clair location. The salesman confirmed all appliances, except laundry were in stock before we purchased, and gave us a delivery date of August 13th. We purchased everything on July 19th and were told that laundry would arrive from manufacture before delivery date. We called a week prior to confirm all items were in stock, found out the fridge was no longer available and laundry pair yet to arrive. Every person I spoke to gave me the same run around, "wait a few more days" or "I will call you back", and they never did. We were skeptical of all the ETA dates provided and it seemed they had no idea when the outstanding items would arrive. Of course, any request for a refund resulted in us having to pay 20% restocking fee on items that they did not even have! We did some research and discovered that under the Consumer Protection Act, a business has 30 days to deliver product or a full refund without penalty is warranted. (https://www.ontario.ca/page/your-rights-under-consumer-protection-act). We gave them until Sept 13th to deliver and as we expected, no fridge or laundry pair were available. Spoke to Ramesh at Markham location, laid down our rights, and refund was issued immediately. Worse purchase ordeal we have ever faced! I admit prices are lower here compared to other retailers, but save yourself the headache/stress/time, and spend the extra money with a retailer that can deliver as promised. We ended up happy customers at CAS (I plan to write a review for them next) On a separate note, during my shopping trips elsewhere after they failed to deliver, most retailers we visited would not price match Billa because quote on quote "they sell new and used appliances, however majority are used or refurbished, and don't arrive in appropriate boxes, like new ones". I can't confirm or deny this tidbit of detail, but just another warning for any potential customers here
