Had Peter come in to inspect/diagnose an issue with our gas stove after purchasing our home and quote on a gas dryer install. Identified the stove issue as the igniters (stove took over 15 min to reach temp) and replaced on a subsequent visit while installing the dryer gas lines and hooking that up. A few days later the error code we had received returned, although the stove was reaching temp in a much shorter and reasonable/expected time). The tech was sent back and spent about an hour and a half troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue (at no additional cost). Identified the error code issue as the control board. The stove could be set to bake or broil, but self-clean did not work as it required both the bake and broil to function simultaneously. Quoted on the board replacement, but no charge at that time. Satisfied with the work and courteousness of staff and they would have received a 10/10 if they had spent the time to confirm the original issues was resolved when the igniters were replaced. I would still recommend them to friends looking for gas appliance repair or installation.

Called them on a Thursday evening after discovering that the simple toilet bolt replacement job I thought I was getting into was in fact a broken closet flange. They provided a quote and scheduled a plumber to be on-site on Saturday to perform the replacement/repair. I requested to add a new toilet install to the job (different bathroom) since he was already on-site and my reno list is a mile long. Provided a quote and we agreed on the price right there and then. Quality work, courteous and professional. Would use them again and recommend to friends
