They did a great job cleaning the carpets in my apartment. I purchased the cleaning with protection special and I'm very happy with the results, they left my place in beautiful condition and carpets looking like new. I am noticing a real difference in the high traffic areas in the hallway and room entrances. The two cleaners were very professional and polite, working around me while I worked from my office. I will hire them again.

I used them to clean my apartment carpets. I would highly recommend their service. Robert is friendly and courteous. He freshened up some old carpets with stains, and I am surprised how much better they look. Service was quick. My carpets look great!

The heat in my condo was way too high, and I had no control over it from the thermostat. Trotter and Morton had been hired by my condo board to provide service for these types of problems. Richard came twice, the second time after hours, to get the problem figured out. He came on time and was really helpful. He fixed it as best he could, even though now the problem requires an electrician to fix the wiring problem that led to the problem in the first place. I was so relieved and felt like I recieved really good service. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it as best he could. It was also during a cold snap, so he was very busy helping those with no heat, but still came to help with my problem. I really appreciated it.
