i had a backed up toilet they came on time and fixed the problem service guy was exceptionaly friendy best price i could find will deal with them again. highly recommened to my friends family and neighbours

The heat in my condo was way too high, and I had no control over it from the thermostat. Trotter and Morton had been hired by my condo board to provide service for these types of problems. Richard came twice, the second time after hours, to get the problem figured out. He came on time and was really helpful. He fixed it as best he could, even though now the problem requires an electrician to fix the wiring problem that led to the problem in the first place. I was so relieved and felt like I recieved really good service. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it as best he could. It was also during a cold snap, so he was very busy helping those with no heat, but still came to help with my problem. I really appreciated it.

The guys who work for this company do an excellent job. They are professional and efficient. They were not too expensive and come highly recommended. Bravo to all and great job!
