Not only did thet double dip my debit card and taken $900, they also did not order an item but charged me for it and will return any of the money! They have taken over $1000 and have blamed it on the bank and the missing item they blamed the manufacturer with no return of the money right before Christmas

I would never purchase another home nor reccommend this company. As suspected, once the deposit was given the care factor suddenly dropped off. Can never get an answer to any question, eg. Asked for the manuals for the appliances belonging to the showhome we purchased in the Fort... Sales rep that we had been dealing with showed his true colors and replied " not my problem" That sums up the entire process This was a showhome purchase Very evasive, defensive... Non approachable All about quantity sales not pride of product or care Update, since this review Pacesetter has gone above and beyond for us. The site super did a fantastic job of turning this into something special. The sales part was horrible, but the team after that made us confident in our our purchase...well done Andy, Courtney and Pacesetter management!!
